Daddy's 40th Birthday

We started the day with baking Daddy a chocolate cake

Of course, any great baker has to taste the batter before putting it in the oven

Charles T-Shirt said it all: "40 aint OLD...if you are a tree!"

The cake didn't come out nice but it did the trick and apparently was delicious judging from all the kids devouring it after the candles were estinguished

Annalisa made a beautiful drawing for the Easter Bunny!

We worked all morning making cup cakes for our friends and family. Here we are preparing the batter for the cup cakes

 Later we went to a friends house for Easter dinner and a hugely successful Egg Hunt

Epic Adventure Boosterthon at School

All the kids in Annalisa's school participated in a Boosterthon. They got pledges for each lap they ran and raised $40,000 for the school as well as building three play grounds in poor Guatemala schools. They all did great!
